About Us

Wellness Re-Entry was established in 2018 to provide supportive services to reentry programs, transitional homes, and justice-involved individuals.

We can assist your organization with program audits to strengthen your structure, policies and procedures, workflow processes, confidentiality standards, and outcomes. We aid in planning and delivering comprehensive programs to reentry service providers and transition homes.

Wellness Re-Entry addresses barriers that ex-offenders commonly face that delays their progress for a successful transition back into the community.  Let us help connect your clients to social services, vital documents, and treatment by assisting with application preparation and registration processes.
